Parts Supply

Ride Australia can change its pricing at any time without incurring obligations.

Ride Australia reserves the right to refuse any order placed. The customers ‘receipt’ is an order placement confirmation only and may not be used for proof of purchase and or taxation purposes.

Ride Australia will make every effort to supply the parts you order, however all parts are subject to availability.

If we do not have the part in stock, we will contact you and advise of its estimated availability time and let you make the decision as to whether you still wish to purchase it.

Ride Australia will not charge you for a part unless it has been ordered by you and is in stock or you are happy to wait for it to become available.

Fair Trading

Ride Australia will adhere to the Trade Practices Act, state legislation and other relevant laws and regulations regarding Fair Trading.

Ride Australia will accept parts returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:

1. The part is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or

2. The part is not fit for its intended purpose, or

3. The part does not match the sample or our description; and

You can present your Ride Australia receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Your privacy is very important to Ride Australia and we will always act to protect your information. We takes this responsibility seriously and are very careful about how and when your personal information is collected, used and shared.

This statement tells you in general terms what our commitment is, why we need to collect personal information, who we may share that information with outside of Ride Australia and how you may access the information that we keep.

We will always make sure that we handle your personal information securely and carefully and will only use your personal information when it is necessary for us to deliver you a service or perform other necessary business functions and activities.
